Job Description

Amplius is one of the largest housing providers across the Midlands, East and Southeast of England with more than 37,000 homes and delivery of a range of quality services, including care and support, specialist housing and home ownership.

Following our merger in late 2024 we are now seeking one new Board Member and one Independent Member of Audit & Risk Committee who both share a commitment to the organisation purpose and who can add value and bring appropriate skills including:

  • Organisational Change and Transformation (including digital services).
  • Strategic IT and Digital Capabilities including AI.
  • Finance
  • Control and governance of building safety

These are fantastic opportunities to make a real impact and shape the future of a forward-thinking, values-led housing organisation. We are seeking candidates who bring something ‘different’ to Amplius and are particularly interested in candidates with lived experience of social housing, together with candidates who have an awareness of disability issues facing residents and tenants.
