What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing a portfolio of US personal tax clients, supporting compliance and relationship management.
- Preparing and reviewing US tax returns.
- Supporting senior colleagues with strategic tax advice for US tax obligations.
- Building trusted client relationships with practical guidance.
- Collaborating across teams for seamless service.
- Training and supporting junior team members.
- Managing deadlines and maintaining high-quality work.
What We’re Looking For
- US Enrolled Agent (EA) preferred but not essential.
- Experience in US personal tax compliance; advisory experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with US tax forms (1040, 1040NR, 3520, 5471, 8858) and Streamlined Filing Procedures.
- Experience in UK practice.
- Confident communicator and team player.
- Detail-oriented problem solver with proactive client service.
- Enjoys supporting and sharing knowledge.
