We're partnering with a market-leading multinational business to recruit a Senior Tax Manager into its expanding tax function. The Opportunity
This is far more than a traditional compliance role. You'll take ownership of a portfolio of UK and international entities, leading the delivery of corporate tax compliance and reporting while partnering with senior stakeholders across finance, legal, treasury and the wider business. Alongside this, you'll play an active role in improving processes, implementing technology-driven solutions and supporting complex technical tax matters across multiple jurisdictions. The role would suit someone looking to step into a broader commercial position where they can combine strong technical expertise with leadership, stakeholder management and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing UK corporate tax compliance and tax reporting for a portfolio of entities
- Preparing and reviewing tax provisions under IFRS (and exposure to international reporting where applicable)
- Acting as a trusted adviser to finance and business stakeholders
- Managing relationships with external advisers and internal customers
- Supporting complex UK tax matters and international compliance requirements
- Leading and developing junior members of the tax team
- Driving process improvement, automation and technology initiatives across the tax function
- Contributing to wider strategic tax projects as the function continues to evolve.

About You
We're interested in speaking with individuals who have:
- ACA, ACCA and/or CTA qualification
- Strong corporate tax compliance and reporting experience gained either in practice or in-house
- Experience preparing or reviewing UK corporation tax computations and tax provisions
- A solid understanding of UK corporate tax legislation, with exposure to complex tax issues
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A continuous improvement mindset, with an interest in process optimisation and technology
- Previous experience mentoring or managing junior team members would be advantageous
