Exciting opportunity to join a high growth private equity backed business based in Nottingham (with occasional travel to London) as a Senior FP&A Finance Business Partner (a newly-created role) to support their ambitious growth strategy. The Senior FP&A Business Partner will play a pivotal role in uncovering the underlying dynamics driving financial performance, particularly focusing on the balance sheet, cash flow, and working capital. This position requires a keen understanding of the company’s financial intricacies, with an emphasis on interpreting the “why” behind the numbers.
Offering between £70,000 to £85,000 + Bonus + Very Flexible Hybrid Working (mostly remote).
Reporting directly to the Commercial Finance Director and working closely with the CFO, this role offers significant exposure and influence within the organisation.
The Role:
- Responsible for the delivery of monthly net working capital and cash flow analysis.
- Support the Commercial Finance Director in financial modelling and forecasting exercises, leveraging insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop compelling narratives for the board and lenders, highlighting financial performance drivers.
- Collaborate on strategic planning and financial forecasting.
- Maintain a commercial focus, aligning financial objectives with business goals.
