This company are seeking a Risk & Controls Analyst to support the Head of Audit & Risk in managing and mitigating risks across the organisation. This role will help ensure compliance with the risk management framework, identify emerging risks, and provide insights for improving risk processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyse risk data to identify trends and potential risks.
- Assist in conducting risk assessments and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records of risk activities.
- Improve risk management processes and support audit preparation.
- Collaborate with various teams to provide risk analysis and insights.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in Excel and risk assessment tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education & Experience:
