An established and growing company is looking for a Relationship Manager to oversee key supplier partnerships, contract execution, and supply chain projects. This role involves managing supplier performance, driving operational improvements, and ensuring seamless collaboration between suppliers, internal teams, and the Global Supply Chain function.

As the central point of contact for commercial matters, you will lead contract management, supplier negotiations, and project coordination, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supplier & Contract Management – Oversee supplier contracts, ensure compliance with SLAs, and manage performance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration – Build strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Project Leadership – Plan and execute key supply chain projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
  • Supply Chain Optimisation – Analyse supplier metrics, implement process improvements, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Artwork Coordination – Oversee the implementation and updates of packaging and product artwork.
  • Risk & Issue Resolution – Proactively identify risks, resolve disputes, and negotiate favourable contract terms.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience as a Relationship Manager, Supplier Manager, or similar role in a regulated industry.
  • Background in pharmaceuticals or supply chain management preferred.
  • Strong contract negotiation, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of GDP/GMP and industry best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
