Temporary HR Advisor – 3 Month Temporary Assignment
Location: Dudley (4 days onsite, 1 day from home)
Salary: £30,000–£35,000 per annum (pro rata to 3 months, hourly paid)
Contract: Temporary 3 months
We are partnering with a well-established organisation in Dudley to recruit an experienced HR Advisor on a 3-month temporary contract to support the delivery of a large-scale employee consultation programme. This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident operating in a fast-paced change environment, providing day-to-day HR and employee relations support throughout a formal consultation process.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the end-to-end delivery of collective and individual consultation activity
- Drafting consultation documentation, letters and supporting materials
- Advising managers on process, timelines and best practice
- Attending consultation meetings and supporting note-taking and follow-up actions
- Managing ER queries relating to change, restructuring and redeployment
- Ensuring all activity is compliant with employment legislation and internal policy
About you:
- Proven experience in an HR Advisor or HR Officer role
- Strong exposure to change, restructuring or consultation processes
- Confident advising managers and handling employee relations issues
- Pragmatic, organised and able to hit the ground running
- Available to start at short notice or within a few weeks
