Manager – Accounts (Practice Firm) | Creative Division (Music & Entertainment) | London

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Manager to join a growing team within the Music and Entertainment sector. This position is ideal for a qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) who enjoys building client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.

The successful candidate will take a lead role in managing a varied client portfolio, liaising directly with owners and advisors, and providing high-quality, commercially focused advice. The role also involves overseeing compliance requirements, supporting project work, and contributing to the ongoing success of a highly collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on day-to-day client contact, delivering sound advice across both corporate and personal financial matters
• Coordinate all compliance requirements, ensuring deadlines are met and expectations managed
• Work closely with Partners and external advisors to deliver joined-up, strategic guidance
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external teams
• Identify and resolve issues promptly, suggesting improvements where appropriate
• Support wider business initiatives and contribute to a collaborative, solutions-driven environment

✅ Candidate Profile

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• Experience in practice, ideally with exposure to owner-managed businesses
• Background in accounts, audit, and tax compliance
• Familiar with FRS 102/FRS 105
• Confident using cloud-based bookkeeping platforms (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks)
• Experience within the Music or Entertainment sector is advantageous
• Comfortable communicating with clients and taking initiative
• Able to manage deadlines, priorities, and internal budgets effectively
