- Work directly with fund managers, CFOs, and international stakeholders on technical queries and ongoing compliance
- Collaborate with the wider team to deliver efficient, high-quality service across the fund lifecycle
- Support the development of junior staff and help build internal process improvements as the team grows
- Contribute to strategic input on new client onboarding and niche advisory work as opportunities arise
- Significant experience in US tax compliance for private equity, venture capital, or fund clients (ideally from a Big 4, Top 10 or specialist fund tax team)
- EA or CTA/CPA qualified (or equivalent US tax qualification)
- Strong technical knowledge of US fund reporting, with the ability to communicate clearly with both clients and colleagues
- An interest in shaping a growing team and contributing to the firm's next stage of development
