Based in Swansea, you will be the divisional finance lead, partnering the Managing Director and senior leadership team to drive performance, improve insight and strengthen financial control. You will lead a team of finance business partners and management accountants, shaping how finance supports everyday operations and long-term planning across Wales. What you will be doing:
- Lead finance for the Wales division - partnering the Managing Director on performance, growth and decision-making.
- Deliver accurate, insightful management reporting and build financial understanding across operational teams.
- Drive revenue, cost control and operational accountability to help achieve divisional EBITDA targets.
- Lead, support and develop a growing team of business partners and management accountants.
- Play a key role in embedding NetSuite and improving processes, reporting and ways of working across the division.

- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with clear management accounting and business partnering experience.
