We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Organic and Paid Social Media Manager to oversee social media and paid advertising campaigns for these clients. We are seeking candidates who have a background working agency side and are happy with a hybrid working pattern.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms to achieve client objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid social advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media and paid advertising, incorporating new strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of social media and paid advertising with other marketing initiatives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive communication and building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Conduct thorough research and audience analysis to identify target demographics and optimise campaign targeting.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise ROI.
  • Stay ahead of changes in social media algorithms and advertising policies, adjusting strategies accordingly to maintain compliance and effectiveness.

About You

You will be an experienced Social Media specialist with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a marketing agency. To be successful in this role, you will have exceptional project management abilities and be capable of handling multiple client accounts concurrently. You will also have a strategic mindset with a flair for innovative thinking and proficiency in data analysis with the ability to derive actionable insights.
