We're recruiting a Senior Buyer to take ownership of digital and marketing procurement across a growing technology-led business with a significant external agency, media, and digital services spend. This role exists to bring greater commercial control, supplier performance, and measurable value across a fast-moving marketing and digital environment. Procurement is well positioned internally, with strong stakeholder access and clear visibility across the business.
Alongside a competitive base salary, the business operates an uncapped savings-based bonus structure directly linked to delivered commercial value and procurement performance. You will own a broad digital and marketing spend portfolio covering media, creative, performance marketing, digital platforms, MarTech, events, and specialist agency services.
The Role- Manage procurement activity across digital marketing, media, agency, creative, MarTech, and professional services spend
- Lead sourcing exercises, supplier negotiations, contract renewals, and commercial reviews
- Deliver measurable cost savings, supplier optimisation, and improved commercial governance
- Develop category strategies aligned to wider growth and customer acquisition objectives
- Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, Finance, Product, Legal, and Commercial functions
- Drive supplier performance, accountability, and contract compliance across key agency and digital partners
- Support procurement process improvement and wider commercial optimisation initiatives
- Review pricing models, campaign agreements, retainers, and statement-of-work structures to improve value delivery
- Previous experience within Marketing Procurement, Digital Procurement, Indirect Procurement, or Professional Services Category Management
- Strong commercial negotiation capability with a track record of delivering savings and supplier improvements
- Experience managing agency, media, digital, or marketing services spend
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders within fast-paced commercial environments
- Strong analytical and commercial capability with the confidence to operate autonomously
- Comfortable working within a growth-focused, commercially driven organisation
