What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reviewing potential acquisition targets, conducting due diligence, and assisting with valuations.
  • Partnering with the CEO & CFO to develop financial models and scenario planning.
  • Providing commercial insight to influence key decisions at board level.
  • Acting as a key finance contact for newly acquired businesses, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Delivering financial reporting outside of standard management accounts, including daily performance updates.
  • Supporting ad hoc financial projects, from process improvements to system integrations.
