This is an opportunity for an experienced Subscription Retention Specialist to join a well-known health and nutrition brand based in Nottingham. As the business continues to scale, they are looking for a commercially driven individual to take ownership of their subscription offering and drive recurring revenue growth. You’ll be responsible for the full subscriber lifecycle and turning first-time buyers into loyal, long-term customers through a blend of data-led decision making and seamless customer experience.
