Location: Hybrid - Nottingham with travel to various sites

Contract: 6-month Fixed Term Contract

Salary: £65,920 FTE + £7,000 car allowance (pro rata)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Property Estates Manager to join a busy Estates team on a 6-month fixed-term basis. This is a senior commercial property role with responsibility for managing a diverse portfolio of offices and distribution centres, providing commercial oversight and supporting key property and estate projects. You will play an important role in supporting major estate developments, lease events, acquisitions, disposals and property change projects, working closely with senior stakeholders and external property advisers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a commercial property portfolio, including lease renewals, break options, rent reviews and lease expiries.
  • Lead and support property acquisitions and disposals.
  • Manage landlord relationships and provide commercial property advice.
  • Provide commercial oversight of property development and change projects.
  • Assess property risks, costs and operational implications and make clear recommendations.
  • Support the development of business cases and governance submissions.
  • Oversee business rates, property insurance and associated compliance.
