Interim FP A Lead

Contract: 3–6 Months

Day Rate: £300 to £320 per day

Location: Nottinghamshire (Hybrid)

Distinct is supporting an evolving organisation in the appointment of an Interim FP A Lead for an initial 3–6-month assignment. This is a high-impact role suited to a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys building structure and creating meaningful reporting, working from a blank canvas. The business is looking for someone who can quickly assess the current landscape, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement a robust FP A framework that provides a more holistic view of performance across the business.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will take ownership of developing and enhancing the FP A function, with a strong focus on improving reporting, forecasting, and financial insight.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing regular forecasting and budgeting processes across the organisation
