Location: East Midlands | Hybrid Working (2 days on-site)
Rate: £300–£325 per day (Umbrella)
This position plays a key role in driving technical accounting, financial reporting, and control, working in a complex environment. You will work closely with the senior leadership team and:
- Take ownership of internal and external reporting cycles
- Support audit delivery
- Provide technical accounting expertise across the wider business
You can:
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
- Deliver accurate management reporting, analysis, and performance insight
- Own balance sheet control and reconciliations
- Manage audit preparation and stakeholder engagement
- Provide commercial and ad hoc analysis to support decision-making
- Lead and support a small finance team (to include coaching)
About you:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Accountant
- 1st movers from Practice strongly considered with managerial experience
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Experience supporting or leading audit processes
- Confident partnering with senior leadership
