We are hiring an Office Client Support Coordinator to join a busy and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in administration, customer service and sales support. You will support day-to-day office operations and act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, helping ensure orders, deliveries, and account queries are handled efficiently.

Location: Near Bingham, Nottinghamshire (Fully office-based). Own Transport required due to location

Salary: £26,000

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Friday: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, 1 hour lunch

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels
  • Process customer orders and support the sales team
  • Coordinate deliveries with warehouse and logistics teams
  • Liaise with third-party carriers to ensure timely delivery
  • Support general office administration and internal systems
  • Assist with product samples and dispatch
