We are seeking an experienced and motivated Attendance Improvement Officer to lead and drive attendance improvement across our school. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with students, families, safeguarding teams and senior leaders to ensure every student has the best possible opportunity to succeed.

The Role

Reporting to the Deputy Head of Inclusion, you will lead the school's attendance strategy, monitor attendance performance and implement targeted interventions to support students whose attendance is causing concern. You will manage the Attendance Team, work collaboratively with pastoral and safeguarding colleagues, and use attendance data to identify trends and drive sustainable improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor attendance data, identify trends and implement targeted interventions
  • Manage and support the Attendance Team
