We’re supporting a well-known consumer brand in the search for a Recruitment Business Partner to join their People team. This isn't a role for someone who simply wants to manage vacancies. We’re looking for a true recruitment partner who loves building relationships, influencing stakeholders and finding creative ways to attract great talent.
You will partner closely with senior leaders across a range of specialist head office functions, taking ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle whilst helping shape attraction strategies, talent pipelines and candidate experience.
What makes this role different?
- High visibility with senior stakeholders
- Genuine opportunity to influence how recruitment is done
- Creative, customer-focused environment
- Scope to bring fresh ideas and challenge the status quo
- A variety of specialist vacancies across commercial and corporate functions
You will likely come from either an agency or in-house background and be someone who thrives on delivering an exceptional service whilst constantly looking for better ways of doing things. If you're passionate about talent acquisition, stakeholder engagement, and building something rather than simply maintaining it, we'd love to speak with you.
