You’ll work hand-in-hand with the Partners and senior team — modernising finance, sharpening performance and building a team and structure that supports scale. You’ll bring ideas, challenge thinking, and make sure finance is genuinely central to decision-making.You’ll take a well-run business and help turn it into a future-fit one.

Day to day, that looks like :

• Leading and developing a small finance team
• Improving controls, reporting and financial planning
• Building out MI and KPIs so decisions are driven by insight, not instinct
• Modernising systems (Sage 50 and Excel today — open to better)
