We are looking for an experienced and proactive Resident Services Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential developments across the Southwest of England. This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on delivering excellent resident experiences, maintaining high estate standards and managing contractors, inspections and maintenance activity across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential developments across the Southwest of England
- Conduct regular site and block inspections
- Coordinate maintenance and repair works
- Manage contractor performance and service delivery
- Act as the main point of contact for residents
- Support and oversee Tenant Liaison Advisors and external agents
- Ensure developments remain safe, compliant and well-maintained
About You
- Experience in property, block or estate management
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident managing contractors and resident issues
- Able to work independently across multiple sites
- Own Transport. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
