A growing international retail and own-label consumer brand business is looking for a Senior Supply Planner to join its Nottingham-based team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on planning role supporting a multi-brand product portfolio across international supply chains, focused on driving stock availability, reducing inventory risk, and supporting seasonal product launches across retail markets.
You’ll manage finished goods supply planning, offshore purchasing, and inventory performance across Far East suppliers while working closely with Product, Commercial, Sales, and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities- Own supply planning and inventory management across branded and own-label product ranges
- Manage purchasing activity with Far East manufacturing partners
- Control stock levels, aged inventory, months cover, and availability across multiple markets
- Support seasonal launches, continuity lines, and product exits
- Drive stock reduction and range rationalisation initiatives
- Report on inventory and supply KPIs while improving planning accuracy
- Manage and develop a Supply Planner within the team
- Supply Planning or Inventory Planning experience within retail, own-label, consumer goods, fashion, accessories, or FMCG
- Experience managing offshore supply chains and long lead-time purchasing
- Strong commercial awareness and stock management capability
- Advanced Excel and ERP/planning systems experience
- Confident communicator comfortable operating in a fast-moving international business
