Hours: 37.5 per week (rotational shifts between 7am-7pm)

You’ll be at the heart of our operation — the friendly voice that keeps our customers happy and everything running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • First point of contact for all incoming queries
  • Delivering outstanding customer service via phone, email and live chat
  • Resolving queries quickly and efficiently
  • Responding to driver queries
  • Processing orders with precision and care
  • Working closely with our operations team to meet customer needs

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • A flexible approach — weekend availability is a must
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A positive, can-do attitude and great communication skills

Shift Patterns

We’re open from 7am-7pm, and you’ll work any 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis, including weekends. You will have the flexibility to work 1 weekday and 1 weekend day from home. Typical shifts include:

  • 7am-3pm
  • 8am-4pm
  • 9am-5pm
  • 10am-6pm
  • 11am-7pm
