The Role:
- Partner with senior leaders and operations to improve performance and profitability
- Translate manufacturing data (scrap, downtime, utilisation, energy) into actionable insight
- Support pricing, margin and customer profitability decisions
- Build forecasts and scenario models to guide decision-making
- Lead and develop a small finance team
- Maintain oversight of reporting, controls and governance
What They Are Looking For:
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
- Experience in manufacturing or operational environments (desirable).
- Possess a strong commercial mindset and understanding of operational cost drivers.
- Enjoy working closely with operational teams and building strong relationships across the business.
- Confident influencing non-finance stakeholders.
- Able to turn data into clear, commercial recommendations.
