I am recruiting for a Finance Analyst to join a Finance team in Burton upon Trent, supporting its Retail Solutions division.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid accounting foundation who wants to develop their management accounting skills, build commercial awareness and understand what really drives business performance.

- Good Excel skills and experience using an ERP or accounting system.
- An eye for detail and the confidence to investigate when something does not look right.
- An interest in understanding business performance, not just reporting figures.
- Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
- A proactive mindset, good organisation and the ability to manage deadlines.
- Experience with a modern finance system would be beneficial, but is not essential.
