You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across a key business area, helping them understand performance, challenge assumptions and turn financial insight into action. This is not a line management role. It is a senior, hands‐on business partnering role where your influence will matter.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning financial performance across a key area of the business
- Partnering with senior stakeholders around performance, planning and decision making
- Challenging assumptions, trends and results in the right way
- Understanding margin, profitability and key performance drivers
- Supporting commercial projects, investment decisions and performance improvement
- Turning data into clear insight that helps the business take action

- Qualified accountant, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent
- Strong commercial finance or business partnering experience
- Good understanding of P&L performance, margin and profitability
- Confident working with senior non-finance stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with data

- Experience in a fast-paced, complex business would be useful
