Junior Management Accountant / Assistant Management Accountant

Loughborough | Β£30k–£33k DOE | 6–12 month FTC

I am recruiting for a newly created opportunity within a growing specialist business, offering the chance to work across 4 businesses and gain valuable multi-entity Management Accounting experience.
Working closely with the Finance Director as part of a small Finance team, you will be involved in:

β€’ Management Accounts and P&L reporting
β€’ Accruals and prepayments
β€’ Balance Sheet reconciliations
β€’ Cash flow forecasting
β€’ Multi-entity accounting
β€’ Supporting owner-led businesses
β€’ Taking ownership of Finance processes and deadlines

About you

You will ideally have 2–3 years' Finance experience as a minimum, and be qualified by experience or studying towards an accounting qualification.

You could be an Assistant Accountant, Junior Management Accountant or Finance professional with strong transactional experience looking to develop further into Management Accounts.
Good Excel skills are important, with advanced Excel and macros desirable. Xero and Sage 50 experience would be useful but are not essential.

  • Β£30k–£33k DOE
  • 6–12 month FTC, with potential to extend, up to 2 years and potentially permanent
  • 37.5 hours per wee
  • Flexible hours and 3.45pm Friday finis\Hybrid working, typically 1 day WFH, potentially
