Sous Chef
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Sous Chef to join our team at the Cromwell Hotel.
This is an exciting time to be part of the team. The brasserie, with its stunning interior design and innovative new all day dining menu, is hugely popular alongside the already expanding banqueting business.
As Sous Chef you will work closely with the Head Chef and senior team to execute the already busy function side of the business and manage the increasingly popular brasserie. A successful candidate will be able to operate in all sections of the kitchen (including both bistro and banqueting) and manage the kitchen in the head chef absence. You will also be responsible for ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained and assist with the coaching and training other members of the team to a high level.
This role is a full-time contract which requires someone who is flexible with hours and can work weekends.
