We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Senior Sous Chef to join our team. This is an exciting time to be part of the team. The brasserie, with its stunning interior design and innovative all day dining menu, is hugely popular.
A successful candidate will be able to operate in all sections of the kitchen and manage the kitchen in the head chef's absence. You will also be responsible for ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained and assist with the coaching and training of other members of the team to a high level. You will be involved with the team for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, with a big focus on outdoor fire cooking and new dish development with the head chef. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with barbeques and firepits.
This role is a full-time contract which requires someone who is flexible with hours and can work weekends.
