The Role
We’re hiring a proactive Retail Cleaning Operations Manager to lead service delivery across multiple sites. You’ll inspire teams, manage operations, and maintain our high standards. This role is based on-site and in the office with regular travel to client locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Area Supervisors to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards (COSHH, RAMS).
- Build strong client relationships and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage budgets, resources, and inventory efficiently.
- Drive innovation to improve operational performance.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have:
- 5+ years in operations and in management.
- BICSc training and IOSH certificate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Client Management Systems.
- Full UK driving licence.
Nice to Have:
- NEBOSH certification.
- Knowledge of the retail and commercial sectors.
