As such are looking to add a Sales Manager to lead their new internal sales team. You will be joining a team of experienced industry professionals with a chance to progress your career within an expanding global eCommerce & logistics business! The Role We are looking for a Sales Manager, who can lead a team of 11. Taking full managerial responsibility to develop & inspire the internal Sales Executives. This is a strategic role and we are looking for an accomplished manager who is able to lead, coach, motivate and inspire their team to achieve business targets and goals and deliver amazing service everyday. Key Tasks/Areas of Responsibility * First line of escalation for the internal sales team * Review and authorise credit requests * Implement and coordinate new starter inductions and probation sign-off * Assist with the recruitment of Sales Executives * Identify training requirements and arrange the necessary coaching and support * Champion all new products and services and ensure the team have sufficient training * Review and sign-off new account requests * Review and manage performance for each individual and take the necessary action * Ensure the individual’s are achieving the required KPI’s * Responsible for the one-one monthly reviews of the Internal Sales team * Monitor and police Salesforce to ensure accuracy and compliance including contribution reports * Monitor the handover process and ensure compliance * Resolve any payroll issues and submit payroll before cut-off What We Are Looking For The Sales Manager will have experience in supervising or managing a team, with the ability to engage, motivate and lead others. Due to the nature of our business the ability to thrive in a busy and fast paced environment would be preferred. Your strong organisational skills and high attention to detail are fully utilised in this role. Alongside these you will need to have; * Experience of working within a internal sales environment (B2B or B2C considered) * The ability to effectively handle challenging conversations and complaints/escalations. * Experience of managing people through HR processes. * Ability to analyse data, identify errors and rectify any issues * A great team player who demonstrates the core company values. What Is on Offer The Sales Manager will join a growing global business and receive a competitive basic salary of £45,500 plus a realistic OTE of an additional £650 per month.
