Mechanical Engineer

Mechanical Engineer My client situated in Bristol is looking for a mechanically biased Engineer for both planned and reactive machinery maintenance and repairs with a hands-on approach to join their Engineering team. The ideal applicant will be: – * Time served Multi skilled Engineer with mechanical bias. * Have good mechanical, & electrical fault-finding skills. * Experience of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. * Fabrication/welding experience preferred. * Knowledge of control gear, PLC systems. * Knowledge of 3 phase power supply. * Conversant with Health & Safety Rules. * Team player with good communication skills. The role has a call out rota (paid) as well as overtime opportunities. Salary: £35,000-£42,000 per annum, depending upon experience. There is also a Sales Performance Bonus, payable after an initial period. * Full time position (39 hours per week). * Monday to Thursday 07:00-15:30 and Friday 07:00-14:30 (30 minute unpaid break daily). * Holidays 21 days plus Bank Holidays increasing after 1 years’ service
