Our client, a well-established Building Services Consultancy within the engineering sector based in Greenford, is looking for a HR Administrator to join their growing team.
The role: As a HR Administrator, you will be required to assist with the following:
- Assist with general HR Admin tasks
- Administering DBS process from start to finish
- Undertake specific HR projects
- Booking travel/accommodation
- Maintain the company’s HR Systems, Absences and reports
- Ensure all payroll issues are dealt with promptly
- Ensure letters, emails, change of personal details, starters, leavers and references are sent out in a timely manner
- Facilitate the onboarding process
- Cover for reception/post cover as and when needed
What we are looking for in a HR Administrator:
- Must have previous experience in an Admin position; payroll would be beneficial
- GCSEs
- Proactive approach to identify and resolve issues
- Ability to deal with large volume of data/data input
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and telephone manners
- Experience in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player that can work under pressure
