The predicted salary is between 24000 - 28000 Β£ per year.

We are working with a market leader who are experiencing significant growth. They have a clear path for future company growth and as such are looking to add a Credit Controller to their team at the Southport depot.

As a Credit Controller you will join the friendly team in Southport. Focused on managing payments & supplier relationships, this is a fast-paced role working in a team of 10. General day to day responsibilities include:

  • Chasing outstanding debts
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Dealing with queries both on telephone and email – internal and external
  • Opening new accounts and running credit checks
  • General credit control and administrative duties
  • Processing credit notes to customer accounts
  • Review weekly held orders and releasing where necessary
  • Running weekly debtor reports and letters
  • Processing card payments over the telephone

The Credit Controller will ideally have experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Previous Credit Control Experience, essential
  • Focused and self motivated
  • Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Exhibit strong IT skills
  • Intermediate knowledge and understanding of Excel
  • Show strong communication skills both face to face and in writing
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels and work efficiently within a team

The Credit Controller will receive a competitive basic salary of Β£26,500. In addition, you will receive:
