What We Want - Senior Engineer
- A strong multi-skilled engineer (electrical bias) who can lead from the front
- Solid background in food, FMCG, or fast-paced manufacturing
- Confident with Siemens PLCs (non-negotiable)
- Someone who has mentored, led, or stepped up in previous roles
- A proactive mindset - fix problems properly, not temporarily
- Comfortable working independently but also driving team performance
What You'll Get - Senior Engineer
- Up to £55,000 salary
- Company pension
- Staff discount scheme
- Free on-site parking
- Monday - Friday days - no shifts, no weekends
- A genuine opportunity to step up and make an impact
