This role will be key in driving engineering excellence, ensuring the successful execution of projects, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our services. The purpose of the role is to provide a skilled maintenance service, covering electrical disciplines offering a reactive and proactive maintenance service as per project requirements to all operational equipment across the UK., * Carrying our modifications and installations when required.

Maintaining, repairing and calibrating electrical, mechanical and instrumentation plant equipment to optimise both reliability and maintainability.

Providing a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met.

Liaising with contractors and external suppliers when required.

Completion of any paperwork including the production of reports accurately and on a timely basis.
Skills, experience, and qualifications: Maintenance Electrician

A background in commercial and industrial electrical installation work
-
Experience in running and terminating different cable types including Cat5e, SWA, SY and YY.

Worked on 400V AC mains, 24V DC control and 4-20mA analogue circuits.

Experience with 3 phase motors and variable speed drives.

Conduit, tray work and basket experience. ? Know how to read electrical schematics and diagnose faults in control systems.

Panel wiring experience.

You must hold an electrical qualification (City & Guilds / BTEC/ NVQ2) along with City & Guilds 18th Edition.

A full UK Driving Licence.
