What We Want

- Solid background in food, FMCG, or fast-paced manufacturing
- Confident with Siemens PLCs (non-negotiable)
- Someone who has mentored, led, or stepped up in previous roles

- Company pension
- Staff discount scheme
- Free on-site parking
- Monday-Friday days - no shifts, no weekends
