Senior HR Business Partner – Change & Transformation
Derby – Hybrid

Are you an immediately available Senior HR Business Partner with significant exposure to change management?
Do you love delivering reorgs and restructures and bringing junior members of the HR team on the journey with you?
I am exclusively partnering a client based in Derby to source an Interim Senior HR Business Partner with a bias towards designing and delivering various change management processes. You will be working with a business that have experienced significant change throughout 2025, with more to come. Taking the lead on collaborating with the wider HR team and senior stakeholders to design and deliver a variety of restructures, this role is perfect for a seasoned HR Change expert, looking to mentor a junior HR team through live processes.
The role will also pick up some day to day HR duties where necessary, and lead on some more of the complex ER activity, including potential Tribunal cases.
So, what’s the role?
- Take the lead on designing and delivering change programmes, including restructures, redundancies and potential TUPEs. (TUPE experience not required)
- Collaborate with wider HR team and Senior Stakeholders to deliver a ‘one team’ approach to projects
- Mentor junior HR team and start the process of transforming HR function into a Business Partnering model
- Work alongside the HR D to define current and future workforce plans to support current industry landscape and future-proof business
- Reignite the People Strategy, looking to reintroduce a focus on engagement, culture and performance management in amongst complex change programmes
