You would be joining an agency known for building brand stories, automating intelligently, and driving conversions through every step of the customer journey. Key Responsibilities
- Leading email strategy for a portfolio of lifestyle, fashion, and travel brands β ensuring campaigns align with broader marketing and revenue goals.
- Creating and presenting channel strategies directly to clients, backed by performance data and customer journey insights.
- Auditing client email accounts (primarily on Klaviyo), identifying performance gaps, compliance issues, and strategic opportunities.
- Building high-performing campaigns and flows using segmentation, personalisation, and automated logic.
- Continually testing, learning, and optimising β from subject lines and send times to content, CTAs, and flow logic.
- Working closely with designers and copywriters to ensure brand-aligned, conversion-friendly creative.
- Tracking performance using tools like Klaviyo analytics, GA4, and client dashboards.
- Keeping on top of email best practices, privacy regulations (including GDPR), and industry innovations.
- Supporting or mentoring junior team members (if relevant), sharing best practices and guidance.
About You
You will have 3+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, ideally within an agency or DTC environment and strong working knowledge of Klaviyo would be ideal (other platforms considered) including flows, A/B testing, segmentation, and analytics. You will show an ability to critically assess and audit existing email strategies and recommend improvements and be comfortable managing multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities at once. As a confident communicator and presenter, you will be able to explain data-driven strategy in a clear, compelling way with a strong grasp of data, testing frameworks, and creative optimisation. Meticulous attention to detail will be needed and you will be someone with a love for process, but is not afraid to challenge the norm.
