Full time or part time (0.8). On site with the opportunity to work 1 day per week from home. Are you a highly organised and proactive individual with a passion for people and processes? I’m looking for an HR Coordinator to join a small and collaborative HR team in Oakham, providing key support across a wide range of HR activity. This range is provided by Distinct | B Corp. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a first point of contact for HR related queries across the employee lifecycle
- Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
- Support the recruitment process including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and issuing offer letters
- Assist with onboarding and induction of new employees
- Provide transactional support in relation to employee relations, performance reviews, and absence management
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies
About You
- Previous experience in a HR administration or coordination role (1–2 years preferred)
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a friendly and approachable manner
- Able to prioritise tasks independently
