This is an opportunity for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join a growing SaaS business who have been described as one of Nottingham’s best kept secrets. They operate in the Green Tech space and have strong financial backing to fuel their ambitions.

You will play a key part in bringing products to market, shaping messaging and positioning, and enabling sales teams to drive adoption, loyalty and growth across the customer base. Working cross-functionally with Product, Sales and Marketing teams, you will help ensure the business maintains a strong competitive position while delivering clear value to customers.

This role would suit someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is confident influencing stakeholders across multiple teams.

Salary: up to £55k + bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Go-to-market strategy: Own end-to-end launch planning for new products and features, ensuring successful execution and adoption across the market.
  • Product positioning & messaging: Create compelling narratives and messaging that clearly communicate value propositions and support revenue growth.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Sales and Marketing teams to align strategy, messaging and campaign execution.
  • Customer & market insight: Develop a deep understanding of customer personas, buying triggers and market dynamics to shape product direction and marketing activity.
  • Sales enablement: Produce high-impact sales materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards and ROI tools to support the commercial team.
  • Competitive intelligence: Maintain an ongoing view of the competitive landscape, helping refine positioning and support sales conversations and RFP responses.
  • Customer engagement & retention: Support customer loyalty and retention initiatives through enablement programmes, best-practice content and advocacy activity.
  • Strategic contribution: Provide market and customer insights that help influence wider product roadmap and business strategy decisions.

About You:

You will be an experienced B2B Product Marketing professional with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to translate complex products into compelling customer-focused messaging. You will have experience developing go-to-market strategies, supporting product launches and creating sales enablement materials that drive engagement and revenue growth. With a proven track record supporting product launches and commercial growth with strong positioning, messaging and storytelling capabilities. You will be highly collaborative, comfortable working across multiple departments and confident influencing stakeholders at different levels of the business. Experience within a SaaS or technology-led environment would be highly advantageous.
