We are supporting our client in appointing an experienced Wellbeing Manager to join their team on a 6 month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a wellbeing agenda within a people focused organisation that genuinely values employee experience.
You will lead the design and delivery of wellbeing initiatives, embed a proactive wellbeing culture, and partner closely with senior stakeholders to ensure meaningful and measurable impact.
The successful candidate will bring proven experience in developing and implementing a wellbeing strategy, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate both strategically and hands on.
This role is based in Nottingham and requires full time onsite presence. The position is available to start as soon as possible.
