We are partnering with a highly regarded professional services organisation to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner into a pivotal role within their People team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional who thrives on strategic partnering, influencing senior stakeholders and driving meaningful people change.
The Opportunity
Reporting into the Head of People, you will work closely with senior leaders across the business to support growth, performance and capability. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll bring insight, challenge and solutions across strategic workforce planning, talent pipelines, organisational design and complex employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner senior leaders to shape and deliver people strategies aligned to business objectives
- Provide strategic advice on resourcing, succession planning, performance and engagement
- Lead on complex and high-risk ER matters with confidence and sound judgement
- Drive change initiatives, process improvement and organisational effectiveness projects
- Influence and contribute at leadership meetings, away days and senior forums
- Coach and develop People Advisors, supporting capability across the wider team
- Champion inclusive leadership and support DEI initiatives in partnership with the business
- Work closely with Finance to align people plans with commercial and financial KPIs
About You
- Proven experience operating as a People / HR Business Partner within a professional services or financial services environment
- Confident engaging, influencing and challenging senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link people decisions to business outcomes
- Experienced in change, transformation and complex ER case management
- Pragmatic, solutions-focused and comfortable operating with autonomy
- Passionate about inclusive cultures and developing leadership capability
