We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Specialist to provide temporary cover due to sickness absence. This is an urgent requirement, and candidates must be immediately available or available within one week.
Key responsibilities:
- End-to-end payroll responsibility for approximately 200 employees
- Managing UK payroll (circa 150 employees) and international payroll
- Processing payroll using Pento and Oracle
- Handling payroll amendments, changes, and corrections
- Ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance at all times
About you:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist
- Confident working as the sole payroll contact
- Strong UK payroll experience essential; international payroll experience desirable
- Comfortable working in a role that is not fully straightforward
- Highly accurate with strong attention to detail
- Able to hit the ground running with minimal handover
- Immediately available or available within one week
