M&A Analyst

Up to £40,000 plus and great benefits.

Hybrid with around one to two days a week on site.

A rare opportunity to join an in‑house M&A team. The nuances of M&A can be taught, so they place a lot of value on the traits you bring. If you’re curious, switched on and genuinely interested in how deals work, you’ll do well here. The role would suit someone from a commercial analyst background, a finance graduate with a placement year, or someone in practice looking for their first move into M&A.

Voyage Care are the UK’s leading specialist care provider and they have big growth plans that will see them double in size over the next five years. They usually have two to three live acquisitions running at any time and a significant capital budget to deploy in coming years. For you, that means plenty of exposure, a busy pipeline and the chance to learn the full deal cycle in a genuinely active environment.

You’ll report into Sophie Noble who has progressed quickly since joining three years ago and is someone who will invest time into training and developing you. Responsibilities

• Work with two Acquisition and Development Managers across the full deal cycle.
• Keep processes moving and coordinate key actions.
• Carry out research and financial analysis.
• Support modelling and valuations.
• Assist with due diligence and investment papers.
• Get involved in competitor analysis and post‑deal work.

Qualifications

• Curious and analytical mindset.
• Confident with numbers and Excel.
• Strong communicator who enjoys pace and variety.
• Any exposure to finance, analysis, practice or M&A.
