Interim HR Business Partner North Region – Hybrid 6 Month FTC £50,000

Are you a generalist HR Business Partner with a real passion for Engagement? Do you love working in a busy, regional role, working closely with operational stakeholders? We are exclusively supporting a brilliant business to appoint an Interim HR Business Partner with a broad generalist, hands-on, operational focus. Supporting the North region, this role will be looking after the North West, Yorkshire and East Coast. You will be out in the region 2-3 days per week and have the ability to work from home for the rest of the week. You have complete autonomy of your own diary and will be trusted to manage your travel as you see fit to support the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering operational leaders across a geographically dispersed region
  • Supporting and coaching leaders through ER matters and people challenges
  • Leading engagement initiatives, employee forums and leadership meetings
  • Using people data and insight to identify trends across sickness, attrition and employee relations activity and design and deliver proactive plans to overcome these challenges
  • Supporting ED&I networks and people initiatives
  • Driving engagement and retention activity across the region
  • Acting as a visible people partner within operational settings

This is a high support, high challenge environment requiring an experienced HR professional who is credible, resilient and comfortable operating within a fast paced and evolving business. The successful candidate will be highly autonomous, able to self-manage their diary effectively and comfortable balancing operational visibility with remote working.
