This role will suit a commercially minded HR BP who enjoys being close to the operation, working with data, and partnering senior leaders to drive performance, capability and smarter ways of working.

  • Demonstrable experience coaching managers to become better people leaders
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, proven experience partnering at Head of or Director level
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms
  • Confident managing and advising on complex ER matters
