Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a first point of contact for HR related queries across the employee lifecycle
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
  • Support the recruitment process including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and issuing offer letters
  • Assist with onboarding and induction of new employees
  • Provide transactional support in relation to employee relations, performance reviews, and absence management
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies

About You

  • Previous experience in a HR administration or coordination role (1โ€“2 years preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a friendly and approachable manner
  • Able to prioritise tasks independently
