Are you a commercially minded HR professional ready to step into a true Business Partner role within a fast paced, multi-site environment? Our client is growing, and with 21 stores (and more on the way), they’re looking for an HR Business Partner to support their operational teams across the UK.

Location & Travel - Key Requirement:

  • This role is best suited to someone Midlands based, with a working pattern that includes:
  • Regular time at Derby Head Office
  • 1-2 days working from home
  • Weekly travel to sites across the UK

You’ll need to enjoy being visible in the business and building relationships onsite.

The Role:

  • Partner with Managers to drive performance, engagement and capability
  • Coach and develop leaders in a fast paced, commercially driven environment
  • Lead on people insights and data, using trends to shape local action plans
  • Play a key role in systems improvement and future HR tech implementation
  • Support talent, succession and performance across a growing national footprint
  • You’ll also lead and support a small People Partner team, ensuring consistent, high quality HR delivery.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a multi-site, fast paced environment (retail, hospitality, logistics etc.)
  • Strong stakeholder management and coaching capability
  • Someone ready to step up or operate at HRBP level
  • Comfortable with change, ambiguity, and driving performance through others
  • Data led and commercially aware
